1. Open with one question
Skip any preamble. Ask directly: "Has anyone here ever sent money using something like Google Pay or PhonePe?" Everyone has. Follow with: "Crypto is a similar idea — sending value directly — except no bank or company sits in the middle." That's your entire opening. Don't over-explain yet.

2. Why crypto exists — the short version
One sentence, delivered simply: "In 2008, banks failed people badly, and someone built a way to send and hold money that didn't depend on any single company or government to work properly." That's enough context for a 20-minute session — resist the urge to go deeper here, since you have far more ground to cover in the safety section.

3. The one safety rule that matters most
This is the actual point of a 20-minute session — everything else is context for this. Say clearly: "If anyone ever promises you guaranteed high returns, or creates urgency ("invest now or miss out"), that is the single biggest warning sign in all of crypto. Slow down. Real opportunities don't disappear in an hour." Repeat it. This one habit prevents more losses than any technical knowledge could.

4. Close and open questions
Say: "That's genuinely the most important 20 minutes I could give you on this topic. If you want to go deeper, Crypto Codex has a completely free, beginner-friendly path online." Then open the floor — in a short session, real audience questions are often more valuable than anything scripted.
